Design — Iconography

Icon sets tuned to your voice.

Custom iconography with consistent grids, weights and stroke logic — built for your product, not borrowed from a library.

What does a custom icon set include?

Custom iconography at S3A Technologies means designing an icon system tuned to your product’s visual voice rather than adopting a generic library. Off-the-shelf sets work until you need an icon nobody drew. We define one geometry, one stroke weight and one corner logic that the entire set follows, then draw the icons your product uses today against that system. Deliverables include size variants optimised separately for 16, 24 and 32 pixels so nothing turns to mud when it shrinks, multiple output formats — SVG sprite, icon font or individual files, whichever your build prefers — editable source vectors with the construction grid intact, and an extension guide covering how to draw the next icon so it still belongs. The work runs Audit, System, Draw, Deliver: inventory existing icons by intent, define the rules, produce production SVGs with optical adjustments at small sizes, then package for engineering.

What this is

Icons as brand assets.

Off-the-shelf icon sets are fine until they aren’t. We design icon systems that match your visual voice, scale across sizes, and stay legible at 16px.

What you get

In the icon system.

01

Grid and stroke rules

One geometry, one stroke weight and one corner logic across the whole set.

02

Core icon set

The icons your product uses today, drawn to that system rather than collected from libraries.

03

Size variants

Optimised drawings for 16, 24 and 32px, so nothing turns to mud when it shrinks.

04

Multiple formats

SVG sprite, icon font and individual files — whichever your build prefers.

05

Source files

Editable vectors with the construction grid intact for future additions.

06

Extension guide

How to draw the next icon so it still looks like it belongs.

How we do it

Four steps to a tight set.

  1. 01

    Audit

Inventory every icon currently in use and group by intent.

  2. 02

    System

Define grid, weight, corner radius and stroke logic the whole set follows.

  3. 03

    Draw

Production icons in SVG with optical adjustments at small sizes.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Icon font, sprite or component package ready for engineering.
